IMPORTANT ** The condition of vehicles vary greatly and the cost may be adjusted for extreme conditions and size of each vehicle, which naturally take more time and more material. Price will be confirmed upon examination of the vehicle and prior to work commencing. Examples of extreme conditions include but are not limited to; Dog Hair, Artillery Fungus (Black Dots), Excessive stains or dirt build up. We are not responsible for vehicles that are not picked up by close of business day (typically 5:00 PM). Vehicles not picked up by close of business day will be parked inside overnight subject to availability and can be subject to storage fees up to $10 per night. All prices subject to sales and use tax effective January 1, 2017.​

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing service.

  • Clean Ride Express  will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.  Please communicate any concerns with the technician.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.

  • We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking if needed.

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk.

  • All orders placed require Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Vehicle Information, the Detail Package, Vehicle Condition, Wash Option and Date and Time verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be cancelled at anytime at the sole discretion of Clean Ride Express. Clean Ride Express reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • Clean Ride Express reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.

  • Clean Ride Express will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

  • Vehicle should be picked up by 5 PM on the same date of the scheduled appointment.

  • Vehicles left after 5 PM will be secured inside our Detail Center over night (when space is available).

  • Vehicle left overnight will be subject to a $10 storage fee for every night left on the property.

  • Clean Ride Express is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot or over night for any damage or theft.

 

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • Clean Ride Express reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of $75 (or proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking.

  • A minimum $20 surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, feces, or other hazardous materials.

  • Clean Ride Express will not detail any vehicles involving blood, gas or oil spills.

  • Paint spills will be on a case by case basis and only after inspection of the vehicle.

  • Our prices are based on detailing type, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price.

  • Clean Ride Express reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition and vehicle size.

  • Clean Ride Express reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate and will make reasonable efforts to relay this information prior to check out.

  • Prices online do not include any local and/or state taxes that apply to services.

 

Communications

  • Clean Ride Express will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detailer matched to your job, and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Clean Ride Express is not responsible for any of these potential costs.

  • Clean Ride Express will send you email messages to confirm your service requests as well.

  • Clean Ride Express may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.

  • All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.

 

Our Service Terms & Conditions

  • We may ask you where you heard about Clean Ride Express in order to gauge our marketing strategies.

  • We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys via email or SMS Text.

  • We reserve the right to charge a debit or credit card the full amount should the vehicles(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see cancellation policy)

 

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • Please be courteous and proved a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any booking/detailing service.

  • Failure to provide 48 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling may result in your booking privileges being suspended for online, in person, or over the phone appointments. This would result in only allowing your detail services as a walk-in bases only and only when time permits. Alternatively.

  • Same day appointments must be canceled over the phone and are subject to the same terms as above.

  • Clean Ride Express reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.

  • Clean Ride Express reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company, however, any deposits made will be refunded.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR SOME DETAILS PACKAGES AND WILL BE STATED DURING ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON BOOKINGS.

  • SOME SERVICES REQUIRE IMMEDIATE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OR WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL NOT REFUND ANY DEPOSITS OR FULL PAYMENTS MADE. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS FOR APPOINTMENTS/SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  • Clean Ride Express will allow one (1) reschedule without requiring additional deposits or payments to be made.  If a second reschedule is requested, additional deposits or payments must be met or the appointment will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

Service Guarantee

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Clean Ride Express voids our Service Guarantee. Redo's, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical over spray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redo's, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.

  • Payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee and any redo services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Clean Ride Express

  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email (contactus@cleanrideexpress.com). Pictures of the area must be emailed to contactus@cleanrideexpress.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates or Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount or any detail amount.

  • Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.

  • Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
